My Facebook Infographic
Hi all. I decided go back to my initial concept for the infographic: facebook. Check out the pdf pretty pretty please, (click it to see it up close) and let me know what you think. Thanx for the feedback! :)
Wow, yeah this looks amazing! Way to go! The only thing I'm confused about is how the lines from one fact to another co-relate the facts. My eye wants it to go in order from top to bottom and can't figure out where to go. Otherwise, this is really really great!
Thanks for your comments! :) The lines link each event in the order that they would appear in a single timeline. But overall, it is ideally to give the feeling of connectedness. What do the rest of ya'll think? :)
That does look really good. The color-coding really works here and I like your typeface choice. The change in size and boldness might not be necessary but isn't bad. It may be hard to find the connections but that might be because I'm looking at it on a screen. Overall it's great, probably one of the best in the class.
Definitely the revision of the year :) I am having a hard time following the lines in the order I'm supposed to- however- I do get the connectivity of it that I think you're trying to convey here, so I would keep them, maybe just see what you can do to make them easier to follow.
Omgosh thank you all for your comments!!!! They are super helpful and uplifting too!! I will take another look at it tomorrow and see what I can do to make those things clearer.
(Oops, I just used up my lifelong allowance of "!", hehe
Oh wow Andrea! That looks so awesome!

ReplyDeleteVery nice Andrea. The colors and organization works well, and it is very easy to understand.

MUCH BETTER! I think this is what you were trying to do the first time- but the Facebook info. flows much easier into your concept.
ReplyDeleteYeah!
Just have to say, "strong work!" This is amazingly good, and knocks the socks off your other concepts. Keep this one for your portfolio.
ReplyDeleteThis looks fab! I love how the lines are what actually create the timeline. Nice work!
